 Built
on the site of the old Kowloon terminus of the Kowloon-Canton
Railway, the Hong Kong Cultural Center is at the promenade
near the southern tip of Tsim
Sha Tsui in Kowloon. It has a concert hall, theatres, and
exhibition areas.
In the vicinity are also the Space
Museum, the Museum of Art, the century old Tsim
Sha Tsui clock tower, and the Avenue
of Stars.
There's also a restaurant from which you can watch the ships
go by in the harbor
while you enjoy a dim
sum lunch. Or if you just want to sit around and enjoy the
breeze and the view, you can sit on the steps facing the Hong
Kong Island.
