International Commerce Center
Kowloon, Hong Kong

The competition to be the tallest doesn't stop at childhood, it continues into other hoods, like the neiborhood.

Being the tallest building is one of such in Hong Kong, it seems. At the time of writing (2009.7.4), the 2 IFC is tallest in Hong Kong. But then another one promises to grab that title soon and some big names have already signed up to move in, including Ritz Carlton hotel. In fact in Hong Kong style of fast-pace and financial shrewdness, the bottom floors are already occupied while the top floors are still being finished. Some people just can't wait!
